It's the Law OSHA's Job Safety and Health: It's the Law poster (OSHA 3165) is available from the OSHA Office of Publications. All covered employers are required to display and keep displayed, a poster from the Department of Labor* informing employees of their protection under the Occupational Safety and Health Act P.L. 91-596, December 29, 1970 and its amendments. (* Federal Government Agencies must use the Federal Agency Poster.)

2010 Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Poster

All covered employers are required to display and keep displayed a poster prepared by the Department of Labor summarizing the major provisions of The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and telling employees how to file a complaint. The poster must be displayed in a conspicuous place where employees and applicants for employment can see it. A poster must be displayed at all locations even if there are no eligible employees.

A copy of the poster prepared by the Department (WH 1420) is available for your information or for posting in the workplace.

Employee Rights for Workers with Disabilities/Special Minimum Wage Poster

Every employer of workers with disabilities under special minimum wage certificates authorized by the Fair Labor Standards Act, the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act, and/or the Walsh-Healey Public Contracts Act shall display a poster prescribed by the Wage and Hour Division explaining the conditions under which special minimum wages may be paid. The poster shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the employer's premises where employees and the parents or guardians of workers with disabilities can readily see it.

2010 Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Minimum Wage Poster

Every employer of employees subject to the Fair Labor Standards Act's minimum wage provisions must post, and keep posted, a notice explaining the Act in a conspicuous place in all of their establishments so as to permit employees to readily read it. The content of the notice is prescribed by the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor. An approved copy of the minimum wage poster is made available for informational purposes or for employers to use as posters.

Please note that the July 2007 revision of the minimum wage poster, reflecting the 2007 amendments to the Fair Labor Standards Act, is still valid and employers may continue to post them.

Equal Employment Opportunity Poster with GINA update

Every employer covered by the non-discrimination and EEO laws is required to post on its premises the poster, "Equal Employment Opportunity is the Law." The notice must be posted prominently, where it can be readily seen by employees and applicants for employment. The notice provides information concerning the laws and procedures for filing complaints of violations of the laws with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).
